Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is via Australia Post's "Express Post".  Express Post is used so that your purchase is signed for.

Shipping Australia-wide is a flat fee of $8.00.

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide for orders over the value of $50.00.

 

 

International Orders

We are happy to accept orders from outside of Australia.  Shipping costs will be manually calculated and you will be contacted with the total final price.  Payment for International Orders can be made by bank deposit or using PayPal.  Details for payment will be sent to you with your order.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

Quality of our goods is a top priority.  If you receive an item that is not in satisfactory condition, then please return the product for a replacement, repair, store-credit or refund.  Given the nature of the item, not all items can be replaced or repaired.  In such a situation you will receive a choice of store-credit or a refund.  Please first contact us at "CONTACT" before returning your item.  Returns should be sent to:

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

In order to keep prices attractive, payment for Takessuy Jewellery must be made through direct deposit into the Takeshi Okada bank account (ANZ Bank Australia).  Please see your purchase confirmation email for the bank deposit details.

Users that create an online account with Takessuy.com have the ability to log-in to the site and check the status of their orders and look at their order history.
